As of June 1, 2023, Zoom’s JWT app type will be deprecated. However, we want to assure you that there’s no need to worry. At Codemanas, we have already anticipated this change and migrated to the new Server-to-Server OAuth and App SDK methods with the release of version 4.0.0 of “Video Conferencing with Zoom API.” In fact, we made this transition almost 11 months ago, well in advance to ensure a seamless experience for our users.
Thanks to our early migration, our users have been enjoying the benefits of the new system for nearly a year now, and we are pleased to report that the transition has been exceptionally smooth. If you are a new user, you have nothing to worry about, as you will automatically be onboarded to the new system.
To accommodate our users during this transition period, we have continued to support both the JWT and the new system. However, with June 1st just around the corner, we kindly request all our users to migrate to the new system as soon as possible.
