Do i need to purchase Video Conferencing with Zoom Pro ? What are its features ?
You only need to buy the Pro plugin if you are going to be using the following feature.
- Enable Meeting Registration
This option requires you to have a paid Zoom account. The registration option generates unique join links for a user – that is you can’t pass it along to other people. And once registered the data will be reviewable on Zoom as well. Great for if you want registered users to be verified before joining an important meeting or to get a scale of registration. - Recurring Meetings
Zoom allows you to create recurring meetings – to specify things like if you’re gonna have a weekly yoga class and certain days of the week etc. The Pro module allows you to create recurring meetings via the WordPress interface. Something to note is the Pro module uses an all or nothing approach – a user can see and join all occurrences of a recurring meeting. - PMI – this is a Zoom feature that allows a user to create a unique meeting that any user that has access to it can always join up with you on Zoom. Be wary while using this – please do refer to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203276937-Using-Personal-Meeting-ID-PMI- get a deeper understanding and risks involved before using this. When using PMI – you should always ensure that only trusted sources have access to it.

Does the Pro plugin automatically turn my Zoom Account to a paid account ?
Simply put – no . The pro plugin facilitates the features of a pro Zoom account. You will need to purchase zoom plans directly from Zoom https://zoom.us/pricing
Does it integrate with WooCommerce or do i need another add-on for that ?
If you plan to sell meetings – you will need another add on – Zoom Integration for WooCommerce . By default the Pro addon does not provide features to sell directly with WooCommerce.
